The concept of identity was the focus of my sculpture. I tried to convey feelings of uncertainty and confusion about my own identity as a teenage girl. The different objects revolving around the head were intended to portray the idea that identity is comprised of many different components. The single human head is my identity as an only child in the center of teenage chaos.

To make this head, I used card stock, wire, and clay.
