Shadow of Our Lightness

Inspired by dark lighting and heavy shadows. This artwork conveys the light and darkness of every being in our universe.

A Tale of Injustice

Inspired by Breonna Taylor, a woman of color who was shot and killed inside her home by police crossfire in 2020. This was a tribute to those people of color who face injustice and racism everyday.

Everyday Shoes

Everyday Shoes was inspired by the color brown. Most shoes nowadays are made of brown material such as leather. I was really inspired by leather texture and leather shoes. Almost everyone has a pair of shoes made of leather.

Disappearing Beads

I was inspired by optical illusions, so I tried to display that by having the beads have no ending or start. I also tried to keep the theme of the beads by using colors that they would typically be.
