In this course you will experience individual lifetime physical fitness skills. In addition to improving your fitness level, you will participate in--and learn rules, skills and strategies of--soccer, volleyball, badminton, pickleball, basketball, football, tennis, softball, mat games, Frisbee games, golf, and weight training. PE 1 is the building block of most other PE classes at MVHS. You'll need to take this class before moving on to classes like Conditioning 1, Court Sports, PE 2, Basketball 1, Female Weight Training, and Volleyball.
