Over 2,000 years ago, the Greek philosopher Plato observed, “Physical fitness and mental fitness go hand in hand.” With that tenet in mind, the PE and Health departments offer opportunities to develop and strengthen your body and your mind.
Please note: Refundable lock fees may apply in all PE classes. Damaged or lost locks may result in a $5.00 fine.

PE Course Progression Notes
All freshmen take one of three PE courses: PE 1, Low Impact PE, or Basketball 1. Freshmen can also request a second PE class as an elective.
PE 1 is the prerequisite for most other PE courses.
Volleyball and Unified Sports are available to students in grades 10-12.
