Automotive Technology

The Automotive Technology program at MVHS is taught in alignment with the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Education Foundation and the Oregon Automotive Service Technology skill sets as set forth by the Oregon Department of Education. The program aims to prepare students for college and entry-level positions in the automotive industry. We are currently teaching to the Automobile Program Standards set forth by ASE.

The course offerings in the Transportation CTE program at MVHS include Fundamentals of Automotive Technology, Auto Tech 1, Auto Tech 2, and Auto Tech 3. Courses in the Transportation CTE program are offered to all enrolled students without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or disability.
