Grades 10-12

Guitar 1 is an independent study guitar class. Students new to the guitar will learn the basics of guitar playing. You will learn to read music, a variety of chords shapes, and even some scales. Students with previous guitar experience will spend time improving their skills. A musical background is helpful, but not required. This is a yearlong, half-credit class, held on one 7th period color day.
