Theater Arts 2

Theater Arts 2 offers an in-depth study of character analysis and advanced work in both presentational and representational acting. You will be involved in situations that are designed to strengthen your creative abilities and increase your understanding of the dramatic process. We will build on what you learned in Theater Arts 1 and introduce techniques like stage combat and acting for the camera (how to act on film). This course emphasizes physical movement and expression while developing appropriate vocal and breath control.

If you have already fulfilled your FA requirement, this course will be transcribed as elective (EL) credit.
