Basketball 1

Basketball 1 is for the general PE student who wants to learn or improve their basic basketball skills and fitness level. Increasing your fundamental skill in dribbling, passing, shooting, and footwork will help you become a more successful recreational player. You will learn the basic rules and history of the game, along with fundamental offensive and defensive game strategies.
