Animation

Students will learn basic animation theory and mechanics, develop observational and drawing skills and study the fundamental principles of character design, layout and storyboarding in this class. We will cover traditional animation techniques such as Frame by Frame, collage, and Stopmotion/ Claymation. We will then explore Procreate and Adobe software to create animation.

Length: Semester  ●  Credit: 0.5  ●  Prerequisite: Graphic Arts 1

Diploma Credit Area: Fine Arts (FA)
