Grades 11 & 12

This course covers all the major topics of calculus on the AB exam. Topics include limits, derivatives, rates of change, area under a curve, and antiderivatives. An emphasis will be on applications of calculus such as motion, optimization, related rates, volumes of solids, arc length, surface area of solids, fluid force, and work. You will have the option to earn COCC college credit in MTH 251 and MTH 252.

• Dual Credit Course: Oregon college credit may be available for this class. Work with the teacher to coordinate college credit and pay any associated fees.
