Weight Training/Aerobics

This class is designed for students who want to increase strength, speed, and agility but who don't want to be part of a traditional conditioning class. In each class you can expect to work toward making gains through weight training, plyometrics, agility drills, speed work, flexibility, and core development. Length: Semester  ●  Credit: 0.5  ●  Prerequisite: PE 1 or instructor approval

Diploma Credit Area: Physical Education (PE)

If you have already fulfilled your PE requirement, this course will transcribe as elective (EL) credit.
