Arcola reporting forms
Reporting forms are designed to collect information and share it by email across the theatre.
The forms are sent to groups so that it is easy to change the distribution of the reports and so that all the reports are kept stored in a single location so that they can be reviewed easily.
Anybody signed into an Arcola Google account can complete the forms but only Collaborators can edit the content of the report.

Our Integrated Management System is designed to enable us to do the things we want to do: More, Better, Easier, Safer
The things we want to do vary by company, but a lot of what is necessary to achieve them is common. Hence we have a single IMS for all of our companies.
In simple terms, the purpose of the IMS is to coordinate all of our activity and provide a framework for managing it. Most of our actual activity is manged through specific Management Systems. At the heart is Quality Management - which is focused on making our customers happy, in some sense everything else is a supporting process.
Requirements of Quality Management System
A management system which has the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements
Aligning and streamlining the journey from Business Development to sign-off of project outcomes; eliminating systemic causes of wrong/re-work as well as minimising administration overheads.
Aligning and streamlining processes from Business Planning to day-to-day operations, maximising Management Information available to all relevant parties at all times whilst minimising administration overheads.
Requirements of ‘Supporting’ Management Systems
Efficient management and safety of our people, premises and equipment.
Efficient management and development of our people and their competence.
Efficient management and security of our information (mainly electronic files).
Providing tools and framework for rigorous and effective Induction of new staff, contractors and partners.
As we better learn how to use our IMS there will be constant changes - anyone can suggest a change - the intention of the IMS is to capture great ideas from everyone and build them in to how we work so they don't get forgotten.
