The PURPOSE of the Arcola Bar Quality Management System (QMS) is to:
i) Deliver on our Business Objectives (read them here).
ii) Consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory (=legal) requirements.
iii) Facilitate opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
iv) Address risks (including opportunities and threats) associated with our context and objectives.
It is critical to understand organisational CONTEXT in order to enable effective management. Arcola Bar operates within the context of the Arcola organisation within the Dalston and the London night-time economy. The internal and external context carry with them certain issues, both positive and negative. We will monitor and review these issues as Strengths & Weaknesses (Internal) and Opportunities & Threats (External) and document them in "Arcola Bar SWOT analysis".
Our context and our ability to consistently provide products and services may be affected by INTERESTED PARTIES such as customers, partners, employees, suppliers, funders and legislators. We monitor these parties.
The SCOPE of the Arcola Bar Quality management system is: "The operation of Arcola Theatre Bar, including day-to-day bar operation, bar events and theatre events" (draft 13th January 2019).
We have identified the following operational PROCESSES to be critical for the delivery of the Scope:
A. Event Programming - finding and selecting events/collaborators
B. Event Portfolio Management - scheduling events
C. Event Model - delivering individual events.
D. Event Staging Model - for safe delivery of the technical aspects of events
E. Supply Chain Management - sourcing stock and required services
F. Service Model - Bar - the day-to-day operation of the Bar
Each of the above processes is further detailed under 8) Operation. Further processes may be created and included under QMS scope based on the changes to context.
