If data not available, provide estimate; Arcola is billed by direct debit for water and Thames Water do not keep records of water use.

To measure wastewater, assume same data as water use

NB Add 2715 to all Arcola meter readings (not Gogen readings) as this accounts for figures on a previous meter that was installed.

Thames Water fitted a number of water saving things on 5/7/2019.  These include 4 save-a-flush bags in the toilets that are not dual flush, aerators in tap without them where they will fit and a 'cistimiser' on the urinal in the basement.  The cistimiser flushes only when it detects people and is battery powered (4XAA).  It should flash when batteries are low.  Battery life is estimated at 9 months minimum.
