CMS-01 - Extract communications collateral from projects for company communications
The objective is to continue to strengthen company communications using outputs from projects such as a) capabilities as the basis for new services to offer to customers or b) case studies as examples of projects, customer partnerships or capability development. Effective communication of this will lead to further business development activity and new projects building on new capability.
The approach is to capture learning or capability development at project meetings, particularly in project closeout phase, and transfer content such as images, presentations, or capability statements from project folder to Company Communications folder.
CMS-02 - Customer Relationship Management system (contact list)
The objective of CRM is to facilitate effective and consistent communication and contact with customers at all stages of the relationship including business development, sales, project delivery, contracting and post-project follow-up.
Our approach is to capture and collate contacts relevant to a customer in the relevant folder on Google Drive, developing the range of contacts as the relationship develops through project phases.
New projects or programmes with customers will build on previous contact lists, with the most up-to-date list notated and referenced from previous projects.
CMS-03 - Press List
The objective is to develop our own press contacts list for marketing and communications, particularly targeting key customer sectors and media outlets with interest in our technology.
Initially existing lists will be collated in a folder under Company Communications on Google Drive and these will be then used to develop a segmented press list suitable for using as a basis for mailings and press release distribution.
