Welcome to Arcola!
This page is for all staff, freelancers, volunteers, work-experience placements
Arcola recognises that its people are central to its success and that all employees new to the company or transferred to a new department will require a period of acclimatisation. To enable all new or transferred employees to become effective and efficient in their role as quickly as possible, it is essential that they receive a timely and relevant induction.
As a fresh team member, there are a few things we would like you to know in order to make your time at Arcola as safe, happy and successful as possible. Please spend some time to go through the induction page and complete this checklist as you proceed with your induction (link checklist here).

Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA's)
Our competitive advantage is strongly linked to our technical capability and know-how. In order to protect this, we may need to take steps to formally protect our discussions by agreeing to use an NDA with the supplier or customer that we are working with. If you find yourself in a position where you need to share technical or commercial information and think that an NDA may be appropriate, please ask Simon Mylius or Joe Stevenson.
Insurance
Our staff, volunteers and activities are covered. Other companies in the building need their own.
