Our HR Processes are:
A. HRM System Management, including Staff Requirements & Structure
B. Recruitment, Contracting (including Starter Form), Payments & Benefits such as Pensions, paid Holiday and TOIL plus Taxes
C. Induction
D. Competence, Training & Performance Management (Appraisals)
E. Compliance, which includes Attendance (Annual Leave & TOIL and Sign-in Sheet and Sick Leave), as well as Dismissals including Disciplinary & Grievance Processes.
F. Departure
All information related to individual people is filed in their Personal HR File. These are treated with the utmost confidentiality, shared only as necessary. Generally this means with Senior Management, HR Administrator and the senior levels of the individual's Line Manager hierarchy. Line Manager Hierarchy can be understood from Employment Contracts and our Staff Structure which is contained in Staff Requirements & Structure.
All activities related to HR should be in accordance with the relevant Policies and Procedures, which are distributed through the relevant processes in 05) Leadership section of the HRM.
