Images and Copy

Images

Images for each show need to be as high res as possible for the purpose of printing. Many of the images that are sent through are not to the below specifications, but print okay because they are high res enough. Ideally, the following specifications need to be followed as required by Richard:

The images needs to be 150dpi at A1 size which equals to approx 50MB AND 300dpi at A3 size which is also 50MB

Copy

Copy should not be more than 120 words. If it is over by a few, it is likely fine, but company copy seems to be getting longer and longer if they do not have any specifications. Make clear that 120 is the max, not a suggestion! If they would like to extend their copy for the purpose of the website, this is often okay, but for the purpose of flyers and season announcements stick to 120.
