Set-up for Bar emails and access to files (most of this is in place, a few bits outstanding).

Emails

Manager - shanker@arcolatheatre.com

Assistant Manager - gabriel@arcolatheatre.com

Bar Supervisors - bar@arcolatheatre.com

Accounts - for incoming invoices and supplier communications. (PointOne will send orders from this account) - accounts-bar@arcolatheatre.com

Files

Shanker and and Gabe have access to Management files they require via their personal Google login

Bar Supervisors should have access only to bar operations files via bar@arcolatheatre login (resetting of permissions required)
