Dext

Dext is the tool we use to input Invoices and Receipts - www.dext.com

Please note: Soldo payments should not be processed through Dext - please see the separate instructions on the Staff Site.

It is great because:

1. It captures a photo of the receipt or invoice for future reference

2. It can be used on your phone so you always have it and can process receipts/invoices immediately

3. You can send invoices in by email (no need to print, just forward by email)

4. It will sync with our Accounts system so you can allocate expenses to the right account codes and projects yourself

Getting Started

Finance will set you up in Dext and you will receive an email with your user details. If you haven’t received an email invitation, please contact Marcela if you work for BMS or Steve Haygreen if you work for Arcola Theatre. 

1. Open the email and click on the link to login to your account

2. On your phone go to Apple/Google Store and install the Dext (Receipt Bank) app. Login using your email address and the Google password you just set
