Documentation & Reporting
1. All Event documents are filed in the Event folder in the appropriate Stage sub-folder in GDrive. Individual Event folders are moved between sub-folders as the event passes through Gates (by Shanker)
2. Within each Event Folder, ALL work should be filed within a folders indicating the Stage at which it was done e.g. [Event Name]/EXECUTION (G2-G3)
3. In the EXECUTION stage there will always be a WP0 Event Management
4. The Event Presentation should be in the WP0 folder, with any images used in the presentations in a folder named "Images". No problem if you want to put them in a sub-folder and keep PDFs/PPTs of old versions.
5. The Event Presentation should provide an overview of the whole event, including evolution. It will take some thinking about how best to do, this time is not wasted. Event Presentation slides are a crucial part of communicating internally & externally, particularly where work is handed-over, and additionally slides are regularly lifted from these presentations to use in sales and promotion work. You can always hide slides which are not needed for the review meeting (when PDF'd only the un-hidden slides are printed).
