Quality Management is about satisfying our customers, which is both directly and indirectly how we achieve our objectives of making the world better through art, community and entrepreneurship. Our customers are:

The key to this, is getting all our of our resources efficiently focused on delivering our key objectives. Think of that lovely pseudo-quote about the Kennedy Moon Landing programme - man asks the cleaner at NASA "What are you doing", cleaner responds "I am helping to put a man on the moon".
To help us in our work, and to secure recognition for the work we do, we are implementing and seeking certification to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management. Our certification will be from the British Standards institute, the first ever National Standards Agency, founded in 1901 - we are not just buying a certificate on the internet. We already have certification for Arcola Energy, so adding Theatre will be straightforward as soon as we are ready.
