Seniors'
Week
Speaker Series
We are committed to living our mission: Academic Excellence and Ethical Global Leadership. Therefore we continue with our Speaker Series to inspire and lead our students in their College and Career Pathways. This week we had Mr. Gian Marco Palazio, an entrepreneur, author, speaker, entrepreneur coach and mind behind Café Las Flores, a specialty Coffee Brand fully integrated with the Mombacho Volcano in Granada Nicaragua.
Mr. Palazio shared with our students the know-how of being an entrepreneur and his life experience as a multi-business owner and investor.
Solar Eclipse Watch Party
We are focused on fostering scientists at ANS. This week Nicaragua experienced a Partial Solar Eclipse, a great experiential learning opportunity that our Science National Honor Society took, and invited the Secondary School community to a watch party. In this activity students through inquiry and experimentation were able to observe and wonder on this natural phenomena.
Flex Day - Cycle 4
Our last Flex Day cycle continued this week. Flex Day is our Secondary School signature program, where students are able to determine their College Readiness and set their Career Path, through a wide variety of workshops and strategic support.
Senior Week Coming Up
Our Seniors days at ANS are coming to an end! It's a bitter-sweet moment for us as a community as they leave ANS towards their own career path. On their last week of school Seniors will engage in a variety of workshops and activities to prepare them for their college life abroad.
