We are delighted to share an exciting development in our school's culinary journey. The American Nicaraguan School warmly welcomes two of our own parents, Sofia Manzoni and Alexandra Raskosky, as the new food providers for the Hungry Tiger cafeteria. This transition comes after a comprehensive two-month selection process, attracting interest from a diverse group of 13 potential candidates.

Sofia Manzoni, holding a degree in hospitality and cooking, brings her extensive culinary expertise and a deep passion for quality food service. Alexandra Raskosky, with her background as a General Practitioner and surgeon, adds a rich understanding of health and nutrition. Their combined expertise and unique perspectives are set to enhance the overall dining experience at the Hungry Tiger.

Both parents have been thoroughly engaged with the school board and business office, collaboratively shaping a vision for the cafeteria that received unanimous approval. Their proposed plans, including kitchen enhancements, have been expertly reviewed and supported by food service professionals within our ANS community.

This new phase promises a focus on nutritious, delicious, and high-quality food options, reflecting a harmonious blend of culinary excellence and health-conscious choices. The school community can eagerly anticipate a revamped menu that aligns with our commitment to fostering well-being and great taste.

 The transition to this new collaboration is set to be seamless and well-integrated. We will be sharing updates on the exciting new menus and service improvements in the near future.
