Tri-Association Child Protection & Safeguarding Badge

ANS has been awarded the Tri-Association Child Protection & Safeguarding Badge, recognizing our commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for every student. Following a review of evidence submitted by the school, the Tri-Association recognized ANS for its strong child protection practices, ongoing professional learning, and efforts to embed safeguarding throughout our community. At ANS, child protection is more than a set of practices—it is a culture that we intentionally build and sustain every day. This recognition reinforces that safeguarding is a shared responsibility and one of our top priorities.

University of Notre Dame Visit

This week, ANS was excited to welcome the University of Notre Dame to campus, s to learn firsthand about its academic programs, campus life, and unique student experience. The visit offered a valuable chance to connect directly with a university representative, ask questions, and explore what makes Notre Dame a distinctive college option. Through our College Counselling Program, ANS students continue to receive personalized guidance and meaningful opportunities like these to help them discover and pursue their best-fit universities.

El Programa de Vida Católica es una actividad extracurricular del Colegio Americano Nicaragüense, dirigido por padres de familia de ANS, que acompaña a niños y jóvenes en su crecimiento espiritual mediante la formación en la fe católica.

Nuestro programa incluye:

Catequesis 1 vez a la semana, en un ambiente dinámico, integrando doctrina, oración, cantos, juegos y manualidades
Preparación para los sacramentos de Primera Comunión y Confirmación.
Actividades, Misas, Retiros, Purísima, Pastorela, Confesiones y más.
