We will use feedback data to inform a regular review process, to help us make effective changes that address the challenges the teams on the ground are facing.
We've designed this feedback process so that change is driven from the ground up, whilst still working with the management hierarchy and requesting authority where applicable. Entering data to the above form means that your voice will be heard in the process.
We ask you to log feedback about the parts you value and the parts which seem more hassle than they're worth. Please provide balance where appropriate (i.e. "element y is hard, but I think it's needed until y happens). This will allow us to build a holistic picture of the challenges and prioritise resources in designing changes.
