This spreadsheet is the template for standard US Recovery Site & Project Tracking. It is used by teams to communicate, monitor & evaluate project timelines, budgets, deliverables, grants, & general resources across our US Recovery Programs. Every program uses a program-specific copy of this template.

This spreadsheet is a summary table of the layout & contents of information contained in the US Recovery Tracking Sheet. Useful both as a guide to recovery program information, any amendments made to the US Recovery Tracking Template should first be approved by the US Recovery Ops Director & revised in this sheet. 

This spreadsheet is used by Project Managers across US Recovery to assess work projects & estimate time, materials & scope of work on a site by site basis. A copy of this sheet is used as a template for every work site.
