Why do we need to care about weird groups of letters like PCBs, NOx and SOx?
This unit investigates the natural (physical and biological) uses of chemistry, matter, water, energy/reactions with an emphasis on materials that are most present in earth systems that investigated in Environmental Science. Critical concepts like the geochemical cycling of nutrients will and specific impacts of pollution will be introduced.
