Username & Password Log In Sheet

The Username & Password Log In Sheet is intended for you to keep track of all account usernames and passwords that you create in and outside of my class. You will be graded on the accounts you create for this class and input on this document at the end of the quarter.

To Save your Username & Password Log In Sheet to your Google Drive :

• Make sure you are logged into your Google account

• Click on the purple words, Username and Password Log In Sheet below.

• Click on Open (on top of page)

Your document will now be automatically saved to your Google Drive and able for you to edit.
