Instructions On How to Google Drive

In order to use Google Drive you MUST have a Gmail account.

  • Log into or create a new Gmail account

  • Click Drive on the black toolbar at the top of the page.

  • Click on Create-> Presentation to begin creating your masterpiece.

Sharing Your Presentation

To share your work with Mrs. Maurus, follow the directions below.

  • Click on Share

  • Give your presentation a title, if you haven’t done so already.

  • Under Who Has Access type in my email address: maurusja@d7.k12.mi.us

  • Make sure there is a check mark in front of Notify people via email

  • Click on Add Message and type Your Name's Presentation

  • Click Save &Share
