The building was built sometime in 1982. It opened as a Kealey Farms supermarket on June 24, 1984, and was the company's second and last store. At the time of opening, it was one of the largest grocery stores in the state. It did not last long because Kealey Farms later sold to Alexander Supermarkets in August 1984 because of the loss of money from opening the store. Alexanders would reopen the store as Hampshire Farms later that year, the store wouldn't last long because it later closed in late 1987 to early 1988. on September 1st, 1988 Builders Square would open their 132nd store in the space. The Builders Square was the only location that opened in New Hampshire. The Builders Square would later close sometime between 1994 and 1995. In 1995 building 19 would open as the new tenant. The store was going well until late 2004 when the store's lease got threatened. In late 2004 Walmart wanted to build a new supercenter on the land and the people who leased out the property to Building 19 were going to sell the land to Walmart. However, the city of Nashua shut down the plans because the construction of the Walmart would destroy surrounding wetlands. The store would stay open until August 24th, 2011 when it closed after being open for 16 years. Sometime in 2019 the parking lot was being used as employee and van parking for Amazon and has not changed as of 2024. the property Is currently for sale and during the winter a part of the parking lot is used for selling Christmas trees. In my opinion, this building may have been an unfinished plaza because of the empty grass lot next to it.
