The plaza opened sometime in mid-late 1995 with the main anchor store being an Osco drug. Radio Shack and Movie Gallery were also in the plaza. Later in 2001, all osco drugs in New Hampshire would be bought by Brooks Pharmacy. The Osco drug in this plaza wouldn't be turned into Brooks until early 2002. Movie Gallery would close sometime in 2005-2006. On June 4th, 2007 Brooks would be sold to Rite Aid and the Brooks would be replaced by Rite Aid in late 2007. Sleepys would take over the former movie gallery space in 2008. In March 2015 Radio Shack would close. Glossy nails later opened after the radioshack closed. In April 2021 Mainely Tubs would open in the former mattress firm. In summer 2022, the Rite Aid would close.
