South willow plaza (Star-Osco plaza) 

The shopping plaza opened on October 20th, 1970 as a Star-Osco family center. Plywood Ranch opened in early 1973. Fayva shoes opened something in the 80s. Plywood Ranch closed late March 1983.  Supercuts opened in early 1984.. The Star Market closed in early 1988. On November 19-20 1990, Fretter Electronics Supercenter would open in 1/2 of the former Star Market. in mid august 1993, leewards crafts opened in the remaining starmarket space. in late 1994 the Leeward crafts would be converted to a micheals crafts. Fayva shoes closed in 1995. In late December 1995, Fretters would close all New England stores, including the store in this plaza. In 1996 Tweeter Etc. moved from the mall down the street and opened in part of the former Fretter's. The Chili's restaurant in the plaza's parking lot opened in late 1996. In 2001 the Osco drug closed and Michaels Crafts would move into most of  the space, with Pier One later filling the rest. in Decemeber 2005, Modell Sporting Goods would open in Michael's Crafts former space.  The Tweeter Etc. closed on December 2nd, 2008. The former Tweeter was later filled by Verizon in May 2010 and Five Guys in late 2010.  Chili's closed in late 2011 - early 2012. Michaels relocated their store in late 2014 to the Stop & Shop plaza down the street. On June 23 2016, an Aldi grocery store opened in the former Michaels store. Modell's Sporting Goods closed in late July 2020. In summer 2020 Pier 1 closed. In early 2022 Petco moved from the plaza next door and opened in the former Modell's space, and Sketchers opened an outlet store in the former Pier 1. On January 26 2024, Dave's hot chicken opened their 2nd New Hampshire location in the vacant restaurant space in the parking lot.
