Shaw's Plaza

Construction on this plaza began sometime in the summer of 1997, with the Applebee's to the side of the plaza to be the first to open in November of that same year. On April 11th 1998, Staples would open the right of the main anchor. Shaw's (the main anchor) would later open around April-May 1998. Around summer 2000, Woodworkers Warehouse would open to the left of Shaw's in the remaining vacant space. in late 2003, a Dunkin' Donuts was added inside of the Shaw's. in mid-late January 2004, Woodworkers Warehouse closed along with the chain after bankruptcy. Woodworkers Warehouse was later replaced by Green Ginger in late 2005- early 2006, and UScellular around April 2007. Shaws supermarket would close on September 2nd 2013, during a round of store closures. Shaws would remain vacant for around 4 years. Hobby Lobby opened in the former Shaw's on September 1st 2017, and held its grand opening later on September 4th. In April 2019, planning started on the construction of a Clear Choice MD in the parking lot, which later opened on November 11th of that same year. US Cellular would close in 2023
