This plaza was originally started as a stand-alone Rite Aid that opened in 2009. The Rite Aid was originally in the Goffstown plaza down the road but It closed and re-opened as this stand-alone store. Slightly next door to the plaza there is a small building that houses 2 stores. The smaller building was originally built as a house in 1958 but in the early to mid-90s it was converted into business space. Later on in 2010 apartments would be built around the land with a larger field in the middle separating the Rite Aid and apartments for future expansion of the plaza. Throughout mid-2018 to early-2019 a new addition to the plaza was being built. On March 21st, 2019, the new addition that would open would be Franklin Savings Bank, which was the 8th bank in the chain. On September 12 2023, a Starbucks would open in a part of the empty field. Rite Aid closed on August 24th 2025.
