The plaza was built in 2000. Panera Bread opened on December 28th 2000, with Verizon Wireless and Rent 1 Plus opening in spring 2001. Rent 1 plus closed in late 2010 and was split into 2 spaces. In fall 2012, Sleepy's Mattress opened next to the former Rent 1 Plus space. Sleepy's mattresses were rebranded as a Mattress Firm in early fall 2016. Mattress Firm closed in 2018. Sports Clips would open in 1/2 of the former Rent 1 plus. Sports Clips closed in 2022. In early 2024, Craft Market opened in the former Mattress Firm.
