The plaza originally opened as a smaller plaza that had 1 anchor store and four smaller stores to the side of it. The main anchor was Market Basket, which opened May 18th 1988. In late 1992, construction started for a new stand-alone Kmart with an adjacent store space next to it. The Kmart opened June 21st 1993, with the store space next to it being filled by Marshalls shortly after. Blockbuster video opened in 1996. In October 2004, the Kmart store was sold to Sears after their merger. The Kmart was converted to a Sears Essentials store in 2005. The Walgreens next to Market Basket closed around 2007-2008. Marshalls closed in early 2008. Blockbuster Video closed on October 18th 2009. Annie's Hallmark / Baldora would open in the former Blockbuster and the vacant former Hallmark store next door in 2010. Sears Essentials closed on April 4th 2010. The Market Basket store would move into the former Sears Essentials after it closed. Market Basket opened on June 5, 2011, and at the time, it was the biggest store in the state. After Market Basket moved, the only stores that remained in its old plaza were the NH liquor store and the Annies Hallmark. Starting fall 2015, work began expanding the plaza by turning the vacant former Marshalls into 3 store spaces and building an expansion that included a HomeGoods / T.J.maxx next to it. In late April 2016, demolition started on the old Market Basket wing of the plaza. The NH liquor store closed the old location on May 1st 2016, and reopened in the new plaza space on May 12th 2016. On May 19th 2016, the T.J.Maxx / HomeGoods store opened after relocating from their store in the Apple Tree Mall down the street. Annie's Hallmark / Baldora moved to a new expansion shortly after the liquor store. On July 14th 2016, Olympia Sports opened in the last remaining space of the plaza expansion. Olympia Sports closed August-September 2022.
