The main road the plaza was built on (Quilty Drive) was built in 1999, In 2000 a Budweiser bottling plant was built at the end of the road and an ice rick area was built next door to the bottling plant. The first stage of the plaza wasn't opened until 2002. The first stage consisted of 3 separate buildings each going down Quilty Drive. The first 2 that were built was section 1 which consisted of a Kohls and Staples with a Wendy's in the parking lot and some smaller stores. Section 2 was a Target with a Bed Bath & Beyond and a Mattress Giant attached next to it with a smaller building with a store in the parking lot, Which the Target would open on March 9th, 2003. The 3rd section was more down the road from sections 1 and 2, It was a BJ's Wholesales club. The last stage was built in 2003 and was Home Depot which was across the street from BJ's. Nothing new would come to the plaza until October 5th, 2013 when Staples closed their location In the plaza. On May 16th, 2014 a Petco store would open in the former Staples. In 2017 Payless Shoes would close. In early 2018 BJ's wholesale would close and move into a former Sams club In Manchester NH. In early 2019 Bed Bath & Beyond closed. In late 2019 an Amazon facility would open in the former BJ's, the exterior of the BJ's hasn't been changed at all and still looks the same as when it closed. In late 2020 GameStop would close their location in the plaza.
