Construction on the plaza began in early 1990 and finished in October of that year. The 2 main anchors of the plaza when it opened were Paperama, which opened in early November 1990, and a standalone Levitz Furniture store, which opened on November 23rd 1990. Rug Depot opened on November 10th 1991. The Weathervane restaurant opened at the end of the plaza's main building in summer 1995. Mid-late 1995 ensemble home theater store opened. In May 1997, Paperama stores were bought out by The Party Experience and were rebranded that same spring. The Party Experience did not last long and closed in late June 1998. Town fair tire opened on March 19th 2000, in half of the former Party Experience. The ski market opened in the remaining former party experience space in mid-late 2000. In October 2000, Levitz announced that their location in this plaza would be closing, while their going-out-of-business sale started later that same month. The Levitz furniture would close on January 28th 2001, and would fully liquidate and auctioned off the rest of their inventory in mid-February of that same year. In late January 2001, the rug depot moved out of the plaza. Furniture would open late summer 2001 in the former Levitz. March 25th 2007, Furniture World closed and was later liquidated in early April. SKi market would close sometime around 2010-2011. In 2012 ensemble home theater store was closed and replaced by Triangle Credit Union. Namco pools would open in the former ski mart and lasted around 3 years, from around 2012 to September 2015. In Early 2012, Ashbrook Furniture opened in the former furniture world. On Nov 12 2019, the Weathervane restaurant closed. In early 2021, the scoreboard bar opened in the former Namco store. In early April 2021, Buchika’s Bikes opened. In mid-2024, scoreboards closed. On December 16th 2024, Sola Solon opened in the former weathervane restaurant. In January 2025, Nashua Bingo Hall opened in the former scoreboard restaurant.
