The plaza is located on the north side of Manchester and consists of a main pharmacy and four smaller stores to the side. It first opened in 1980, with Brooks Pharmacy as the main store. Sometime after the plaza's opening, Blake's restaurant opened in the southern part of the plaza. In late 2007, Brooks Pharmacy reopened as a Rite Aid after Rite Aid brought out Brooks Pharmacy in June of that year. In January 2021 Blake's restaurant would close. In early 2022, Rite Aid would receive new signage with the newer updated logo. On July 5th, 2024 Bagle Cafe would open in the former Blakes. Rite Aid closed on August 17th 2025.
