The plaza opened sometime in 1960 with the main anchor store being A&P Supermarket. The A&P would close sometime in 1975- early 1977 during a round of closings. TJ Maxx later opened on November 10th, 1977 in the former A&P. TJ Maxx closed in fall 1987 before moving into a newly built plaza down the street. In May 1989, Namco pools would open in the former TJ Maxx. Namco only lasted a couple of years before moving its store. in the 90s the former Namco was sub-divided into 2 small spaces and a large gym (Workout Club). Workout club closed in late 2011-early 2012 along with the other 2 smaller stores. On June 7th, 2012 Savers Thrift store opened in the former gym and was unsubdivided back into a whole store. Family Dollar opened in August 2020 in the vacant store next to Savers which was formally an Asian market
