The first to open was the stand-alone Shop n' Save Supermarket which opened in June 1993. construction of the rest of the plaza wouldn't start until 1993, and was finished around early 1994. Auto Palace opened in late March 1994. On April 25th 1994, L.L.Bean opened. Uno Pizzeria opened spring 1994. Lastly, Staples opened on May 21st 1994. In July 1997, Staples closed and moved across the street to the Fort Eddy Plaza. In April 1998, Petco opened in the former Staples. Also in April 1998, Auto Palace was rebranded to AutoZone after they were purchased by AutoZone. In mid-2002, Shop n' Save was rebranded to Hannaford's. In 2012, Uno Pizzeria was remodeled, getting rid of the yellow and black awnings and removing the Chicago grill signage. Through late 2019 - early 2020, Hannaford's remodeled.
