The land this plaza was originally sold in 1981 to be developed, and construction on the plaza would begin around 1982-1983. The anchor of the plaza, Alexander's Supermarket, would open in late 1983-early 1984. Dunham Footwear would open on November 25th 1983, next to Alexanders. Around 1985, an expansion to the plaza would start construction, with stores opening in it in mid-late 1986. Some of those stores were Debby's Hallmark, Linen & Shades, and CVS Pharmacy. In 1988, the last addition to the plaza was constructed, with a movie theater being built towards the end of the property. Premiere 8 Cinema would open in mid-December 1988. Dunham Footwear closed in late summer 1990. Alexanders would be converted to an Alexanders Shop 'n Save supermarket around 1992, after the chain was purchased in December 1990. This plaza would suffer badly from a recession in the early 1990s, with almost all the stores closing by 1995. Debby's Hallmark closed in 1992. Alexanders Shop 'n Save didn't last long and was closed in November 1993. Linen & shades closed 1993-1994. CVS Pharmacy closed around the mid 1990s. By the year 1996, the only remaining store was the standalone cinema. In late December 1997, the plaza was sold, and it was later announced that it would be converted to a headquarters for PC Connection (a computer / IT company). The whole plaza was stripped to a shell and was fully rebuilt. The headquarters would officially open in July 1998. The cinema would remain until around 2005-2006, when it would close because of competition from a newly opened local IMAX theater. The movie theater would remain vacant until around 2009, when PC Connection would convert it to a computer store.
