Transaction Close-Off Dates

The Transaction Close-Off Dates is a module that allows you to set a close-off date for individual Transaction Types. New Transactions can't be dated prior to the Close off date and existing Transactions that are dated prior to the Close Off Date can only be viewed in read-only mode.

1. Accounting check box - This allows you to view the Accounting Transaction Types only.

2. Transaction Types - This shows the Transaction Types that a Close off Date can apply to.

3. Close off Date - This drop-down calendar allows you to select which day of the month is the Close off Date.

Functionality is also provided to set the Close Off Date for all Transactions using the Set all button.
