The Item Summary provides an overview of Item Detail, Pricing information, Inventory and Transactions.
Right-click on the Item or click the ellipsis (...) to access the Item Summary.
Search - Items can be located by using a Search string.
Detail - This provides information about the Item, including Code, Unit, Accounting, Specification and Image.
Costing - This shows all the Item Pricing in two grids - Supplier Prices and Estimate Prices.
Pricing - This displays all the Item Pricing in three grids: Costs Prices, Sell Prices and Price Lists.
Inventory - This displays current Inventory levels in all Locations, a list of all the Stock Checks linked to the Item, as well as a chart of Received and Issued for the last 12 months.
Dependencies - This shows what Product requires this Item in order for it to be completed in the Production process.
Transactions - This displays a list of all Transactions linked to the Item.
Item Summary - Stock Check - Functionality has been able to drilldown to a Stock Check from the Inventory page.
Item Summary - Inventory (Alerts) - A filter ‘Inventory (Alerts) has been added to the Item Summary > Transactions page. See image below. Selecting this filter will display all the pending inventory transactions, where the transaction date is less than the last Stock Check Date.
The Transactions > Inventory filter will display all the valid Inventory Transactions - ie. where the Transaction Status is in an Inventory Status.
The Transactions > Purchases filter will display all the Transactions in the Transaction Type where the Setup > Transaction Types > Default = Purchases.
To setup user access Setup > Settings & Defaults > Staff > Items & Inventory > Item Summary - Access Allowed. Options are Full Access and Limited Access. Limited Access removes user access to the Costing tab from the Item Summary.
