Staff Summary

The Staff Summary provides an overview and instant reporting of the Detail, Payroll, Leave and Productivity of a member of Staff.

Search

This tab provides a list of all Staff members that were created under Main Menu > Setup > My Company > Staff.

Detail

  1. Contact Detail - This shows all the Contact Details that have been entered for this member of staff.

  2. Company Detail - This shows the Position, Cost Centre, and Role that the Staff member has within the Company.

Payroll

  1. Payroll Detail - This shows the information regarding Payroll for this Staff member.

  2. Note - Any Notes that have been added to the Staff record are shown here.

Leave

  1. Available - This shows the Type of Leave by Accrued, Current, and Total.

  2. Current Cycle - This shows the Start and End dates of the Leave Types.

  3. Leave Taken - This shows the Type of Leave taken, From and To dates, and how many Days it totals.

Productivity

  1. Data filter - This allows you to select what Date period you wish to filter the records by.

  2. Transactions - This shows a list of the Transactions that are linked to this Staff member by Role, Transaction Type, Count, and Total.

  3. Workflows - This shows the Staff members Workflows by Module and Actions.

  4. Timekeeping - This shows the Staff member's Timekeeping by Transaction Type, Hours, and Cost for that period.

Get Started

This module needs to be added to the Menu in order for it to be accessed. See Setup > Menu Manager.

User Access needs to be given. Navigate to Main Menu > Setup > Settings and Defaults > User Settings > Human Resources > Staff Summary - Access Allowed.
