Mailshot

BOS Enterprise has E-mail functionality that allows you to send bulk e-mail (a mailshot) to a Contact Group.

Main Menu > CRM > Emails > Menu > Create E-mailshot

To Create a Mailshot

Click Menu > Create E-mailshot.
Select the E-mail Template you wish to use and click Next.
Select the E-mail Group or Contact you wish to send the Mailshot to, and click Next.
Confirm the selection and click Next.

The e-mails will be created and listed in the E-mail Outbox.

Individual - To send just one e-mail out of the mailshot batch, open the e-mail and click Send.
All - To send all of the e-mails, click Menu > Send.
