The Supplier Age Analysis provides an overview of amounts that are outstanding to Suppliers and can be viewed at the current date or as at any prior date. It provides a time-based analysis with reference to due date to determine either how much time is left until due date or how much time has passed since due date.
A Supplier Statement can also be printed from this module.
Date - This defaults to Today for the most up to date Age Analysis, but can be changed to backdate the Age Analysis.
Entity - This allows users to select the Entity they wish to view from the drop-down list.
Check Boxes - These to set how invoice balance gets reduced.
All Accounts - If checked, this will display all active Accounts in the database. If not, only accounts with amounts outstanding/owing will display.
Local Currency - If checked, all Accounts will display in the local Currency, else ageing will be in the Supplier's Currency.
Use Allocations - If checked, the ageing is calculated based on how receipts and credits were allocated to Invoices. If unchecked, the calculation is based on allocating receipts and credits to the oldest outstanding Invoices.
Data grid - This shows the Supplier Age Analysis information. Drill-down functionality is available by right-clicking on a record to access Supplier or Supplier Summary details. The following fields are explained below:
Account This is the Supplier name.
120 days - Current - This displays outstanding invoices based on the set Credit Terms.
Unallocated - This shows payments and credits that have not been allocated to an Invoice
Total - This shows the total outstanding amount per account.
Summary - This shows the number of records in the Supplier Age Analysis as well as Totals of all the currency columns.
Menu - Functionality is included to Export, Save and Restore the data grid.
