Leave

This module allows you to effectively manage the leave schedule of your staff.

  1. Data filter - This allows you to filter the data by Year and Date.

  2. Staff - This allows you to select which member of Staff you wish to view records, or create a new record for.

  3. Status - This shows if the Leave application is Pending, Approved, Declined, or Adjusted. Adjustments allow you to set the accumulated Annual leave at startup. This is only allowed on leave types that accumulate - eg. Annual Leave. See image below:

  4. Staff - This shows for which member of Staff the leave is scheduled.

  5. Leave Rule - This shows what type of Leave the member of Staff has requested, and is set in Setup. Default Leave Types and Leave Rules are in the Installation Scripts.

  6. Date Start - End - This shows the duration of the Leave.

  7. Total Days - This is automatically calculated, based on the Start and End Dates.

  8. Proof - This check box is to show if the Staff member has provided proof for Sick Leave.

  9. File Name - Attachments, such as a doctor's note, can be uploaded here. A Note can also be added.

  10. Summaries - This show who created and updated the entry, as well as date and time.
