Basic Task Scheduling functionality is included in the Transaction Types modules - this allows you to effectively manage the Task type items.

Status - The item Status list can be customised in the Status tab of the Transaction Types Settings window.
Assign To - This allows you to assign Items to a Staff member.
Required Date - This is the date and time on which production of the item is should be completed by.
Complete (%) - You are able to enter a percentage to indicate the production progress. Progress - This is a graphical representation of the Complete %.
The user is able to view scheduling and progress in the Transaction. The fields are hidden by default. Right-click on a column heading to select the Field Chooser to add Start Date, Due Date and Progress to the Grid. To save the view, click Menu > Save grid to... > Scheduling View. After saving the layouts, the Item Grid layout can be changed using the Transaction Menu > Restore Grid to... function.

The Scheduling fields listed above are not copied when a Transaction or a Transaction Item is copied.
